Mornings With Mommy Registration!

Mornings with Mommy is currently registering for our session on August 10, 2022. We have capacity limits of 25 children per session. We have two sessions every 2nd and 4th Wednesdays from 10:30 am to 11:30 am and Noon to 1:00pm.

Mornings with Mommy is a fun and easy way for you to enjoy activities with your children and meet other moms. Each session is a one-of-a-kind blend of story time, playdate, and learning centers that combine to meet the developmental needs of young children- from infants through preschoolers. And the best part is, we do all the planning, you just sign up!

By submitting this form, I hereby give my consent as the parent/guardian of the above name child/children to attend/participate in the Mornings with Mommy program provided by Living Faith Lutheran Church. My child and I hereby release, indemnify, and hold harmless the church, the studio, its employees, and/or volunteers from any and all liability from any claim, injury, or loss sustained by or during my child's participation during Mornings with Mommy. I hereby authorize Living Faith to take and use photography and/or video of myself and my child(ren) for crafts, keepsakes, or promotional purposes in any type of media and understand that I will not be compensated for any such use.
